Aila and her team of lawyers practise in commercial, family and immigration law. Aila appears frequently before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Federal Circuit and Federal Court regarding migration reviews and appeals to which she has achieved a high success rate.
Aila also has significant experience in family law with regular appearances before the Family and Federal Circuit Court to which her negotiation skills are reflected through favourable settlement and mediation outcomes.
As well as migration and family law Aila also prides her practise on their ability to handle complex commercial and general law matters by appearing frequently before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal as well as the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts.
Aila’s legal background in civil litigation has enabled Aila to successfully appear and manage commercial and general law cases in all courts with the assistance of senior counsel to which she now has built an excellent rapport with.
